Editing Business! :)

It's been so long I'm embarrassed! So, what's new in my world? And yours! :)

Well, school has taken off and I'm on some wild ride! I've been shooting with a 4x5 camera lately and the focus is amazing but the camera is half my height and he-e-e-a-a-vy! It's a workout if I ever knew one. And the film processing is tedious at times. Still. Worth it if I can work it out.

I took a drawing class over the summer for my foundation credits and while the teacher was a loony the figure study really helped me improve. I'm so shocked that I don't stink like I thought, that I actually draw more now! I want to move into painting but I have so many questions and ... no time or people to ask! I guess that's what I miss about deviantART sometimes. People there to answer and pester. ;) Alas, no time for dA either.

My photoshop skills are still sharp and I need money so! I started up a little digital tech/ photoshop guru "business." I'm going through my pics and I'm going to make a new site to show people and hopefully get hired to edit their images. I just hope people start noticing my photography as much as my digital work. Sometimes I get tired being known for just that. However! Better to be known as something than as nothing, right?

It's been a long time since I've updated this. What's new in life?

Well I got good grades last semester, my GPA is 3.2! And I left deviantART and MN@ which makes me very very sad. I will miss people very much. <3 I am in the talkings and hoping to show at a gallery but I'm so nervous! I'm so young I always get second guessed. Comes with the youth I suppose?

I leave for Philly on the 17th. I wanted to leave on the 16th so I could paint but I'm hoping we can still paint my place in a couple days. I hope! :) I'll post pictures when I get to it.

new years resolutions:
forgive past wrongs and live more in the present.
go to the gym more often (joining one when I get back!)
make more friends in Philly, let loose!
get a job so I can spend my summer carefree
focus on doing more photoshoots!!! I need to do more!
maybe stop turning down guys and try a date? Lol we'll see about that.
