Cakecones sup

Haha my friend Alex made cake cones and gave me some. :3 I've just had TWO! Surprisingly enough chocolate cake doesn't go as well as I thought with grapefruit. =(

How was everyone's Christmas and New Years? Mine was pretty kickass but I'm completely spoiled by my parents. They love me awwwww. At least someone has gotta right? :D

I got a lensbaby so I'm going to try playing around with that this weekend at my new fav place Scott's Run. Woo!!

Alright so I wanted to know if anyone else did yoga and if you DO yoga, have you tried the podcasts from iTunes "Yogamazing"? They're really awesome AND FREE. And the guy is perky and fun. You download them and you can watch them as many times as you want, they're free. Just thought I'd share since I'm about to do a couple. :) Also, if you know Greer Childers you know the 7 shapely secrets? I have the exercises and I'll put them below so you guys can try them out. Motionless exercise! 7 minutes a day. Works too!

WORK OUT EXERCISES:

1. Your arms: hold your arms out to the side at a 90 degree angle..elbows bent and hands making a fist, facing upwards..now squeeze your arms like crazy for 25 secs and hold in your tummy..Release after 25 secs..Then move your arms 2 inches up..tighten and release..move them again, repeat, and one more time moving them like you were flexing your biceps..

2. Your triceps: bring your arms in back of you, make a fist..tighten your arms and squeeze your shoulders together..25 secs..hold..release..raise your
arms 2 inches higher, squeeze and release..On this one, you can lean your torso a bit forward..Repeat raising the arms until they are as high as they will go in back of you..Squeeze those shoulders/arms..

3. Your fanny: Stand on the floor..on the balls of your feet..have a chair a foot in front of you and use the back of the chair for balance..thrust out
your pelvis and squeeze your fanny for 25 secs..release and repeat 3 more times..You will feel it all down your leg..and as you thrust your pelvis forward you will feel it more..

Anyways I'm going to go drink some tea and try these. Also, green tea and oolong tea drank together helps you lose weight very quickly. :)
I just wanted to share some of my tricks because I know a lot of people are trying to get in shape and it's hard sometimes to get motivated. Drinking hot tea is very relaxing and we drink it cold too with some sugar. It's just like sweet tea! (for all you other southerners. :3)
